The following is a summary of our key commercial terms. All sales are governed by our full Terms and Conditions, which can be viewed and downloaded here. In case of any discrepancy, the full PDF document shall prevail.

Terms & Conditions

All purchase orders are subject to final approval by Century Valves & Hydrants. A deposit is required to confirm an order, and full payment must be received before shipment. Prices are subject to change, and all applicable taxes and fees are the Buyer’s responsibility. Products are warranted to be new and free from defects for 12 months from shipment, with claims requiring written notification within 15 days of receiving the product. Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective parts at our discretion. Unauthorized removal of a product voids its warranty.

Shipping & Risk Transfer Policy

Title and risk of loss are transferred to the Buyer according to the agreed-upon Incoterm (FOB or CIF), which defines the precise point of transfer. Estimated shipping dates are provided but not guaranteed. Century Valves & Hydrants is not liable for damages arising from shipping delays. The Buyer is responsible for obtaining shipping insurance. Any shipping damage or shortages must be noted on the bill of lading and reported in writing to sales@centuryvalves.com within 10 days of receipt.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Orders for special (non-standard) products are non-cancellable and non-returnable. For standard products, any return request must be made in writing within 5 business days of receipt. All authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and the Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Products must be returned in new, unused conditions in their original packaging.
